| Originally an 1851 Victorian mansion,
Candlelight Lodge was established  as a Western New York
Country Inn in the 1920's and a Chautauqua County Bed and Breakfast in

1986. Candlelight Lodge with our purchase became a B&B long before
 B&Bs
were fashionable. Candlelight Lodge is located on two landscaped
acres
in the heart of the village of Westfield New York, the only B&B with
seven private suites, formally apartments with private kitchens and
baths. Four of our suites have real fireplaces with gas log inserts. Candlelight Lodge Bed and Breakfast is one mile from Lake Erie,
		Interstate 90 (Exit 60)
and five miles from Lake Chautauqua and Mayville New York.
Candlelight. Lodge is also fifteen minutes from  Chautauqua Institution. Westfield NY is known for its historic architecture, antique shops, historic homes,
		wonderful restaurants
and wineries. Four major wineries with
wine tasting are within four miles of our Western New York Bed and
Breakfast. Candlelight Lodge is located in the absolute center of
the Chautauqua Lake Erie Wine Trail ( 40mi. )  One mile
west of Candlelight Lodge on Route 20 is also our
		Landmark
		Acres Antiques, a fine
quality antique shop since 1946 "with special pieces for special places". We
offer breakfast in the area at two different locations, the first of
which is the Main Diner, 2 short blocks from our Inn, an original 50's diner. You may also enjoy breakfast on Lake Erie (1 mi.)
at Jack's in Barcelona with the oldest gas Light House and the
Daniel Reed Pier. Each of these  locations specialize in breakfast with
complete menus and if you are not a breakfast fan our restaurant certificate
		($18 per couple) can
also be used for lunch. Choose a different scenic location for breakfast
		each morning, enjoy what
you prefer and when you would like to have breakfast.
This allows you an opportunity to explore more of Chautauqua County,
its businesses, shops and meet its
friendly people. For more information see
		 Policies.
Candlelight Lodge is an 1851 brick Victorian mansion  and
unfortunately cannot accommodate guests with mobility issues. There are
		many steps to navigate.
We furnish our suites with fine antiques from our nearby antique shop
		on Route 20 in Westfield.

Landmark Acres Antiques  is located on the oldest
property in Chautauqua County (1802). Landmark Acres Antiques is also
the oldest farm and has some of the oldest buildings in Chautauqua County,
		an antique shop since
		1946.
Next to Candlelight Lodge B&B is also the

		Captain
Storm House, a special Vacation Rental with four
additional spacious bedroom suites. You can enjoy the privacy of the whole house
for two or more nights. Both Candlelight Lodge
and the Captain Storm House have a special listing on the National
		Register of Historic Places. |
